We are in the Inner Richmond, one of San Francisco’s most vibrant, multicultural neighborhoods, famous for its dim sum restaurants and boutiques. Golden Gate Park and the Presidio are walking distance. Most famous SF attractions can be reached in under 20 minutes. Home includes use of full kitchen, dining room, living room, driveway parking and landscaped back yard. Sleeping Accommodations: - Master bedroom with king bed - Kids' bedroom with two twin beds - Additional guest: Infant/toddler in pack-n-play or extra junior mattress on floor (if requested, please bring your own sheets) OR LR couch can sleep an additional adult by prior requested (to provide linens) General: - Wifi and TV with streaming services included. - Laundry in unit - Kids' (5-8 years old) toys available Please ask about: - Flexible check in & out times - Accommodating up to 8 guests - Baby/toddler items (high chair, pack n play, toys)

This place is perfect for a family staying in the city. Great location, convenient parking spot, and very clean with all the amenities. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and the house manual was very comprehensive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jack’s home is located on a quiet, typical central San Franciscan street. The beds were comfy, a lovely & homely living area and a full kitchen/dining area too. There was also a large communal garden out back. Jack was a responsive and informative host offering simple check in, local recommendations but also, importantly, allowed us to get on and enjoy our stay. Whilst we had a car (really easy on site parking) we ride shared around the city each day with all the main spots within 15-20mins tops. I’d highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a local SF stay.
Jack's home exceded our expectations. It was the perfect spot for our family. Our kids felt right at home. The kitchen was super clean and spacious and the backyard was such an incredible place to unwind after a busy day in the city. Whenever we had questions or issues, Jack was super responsive and helpful. We would certainly consider staying there again and would recommend this place to families looking for a central yet peaceful spot in the city. Thank you!
Jack was a great and responsive host. The house was beautiful and we had an amazing time. It’s a great and safe neighborhood and the house is adorable. I would happily rent this property again.

Getting around:
- Parking available for one car in driveway.
- Street parking is limited to 2 hours

- We recommend walking, Uber/Lyft or local bus service. We have parking for your vehicle at the house but parking at attractions can be challenging and expensive. Tourist locations are also hot spots for car break ins.

Hi! We’re Kate and Jack. We’ve been married since 2013 and have two great kids, Tanner and Abigail. We split time between San Francisco and our summer/weekend retreat in Sonoma wine country. We love to travel and have visited over 35 countries (the kids have far fewer stamps in their passports but they’re working on it!).
