The highlight is the wonderful swimming pool, which is located directly next to the house, with gently sloping steps leading down to the refreshing water. You can relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers by the pool to warm up for a while. You can also relax on the plush outdoor sofas, or prepare a delicious barbecue for your family, also available near the pool. You can stroll along the vine-lined corridors, in pure Italian Tuscan style, but with a very Mediterranean touch. Your holiday home is not only in excellent condition, but also exudes a soothing brightness. The simple white walls are furnished with selected works of art. Everything radiates a pleasant feeling of calm and openness. The interior of the house has modern and pleasantly colourful furnishings that create a very stylish and cosy atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms in total, which are divided into two double rooms with double beds. The noble bathrooms offer space for all guests and are equipped with attractive fixtures and fittings, with a total of 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. There is air conditioning, heat pump heating, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer available in the house, so there is no need to bring your own, towels will also be provided during your stay. You can park up to 2 vehicles inside the property, which is completely fenced. Just as Fornalutx is beautiful to stroll through its streets, the nearby village of Sóller has been awarded several times as one of the most picturesque villages of the island, reminiscent of a dream village away from the hustle and bustle. We recommend that you visit the weekly market, the beautiful gardens and the small bars, cafes and restaurants in this quiet village which is still close to supermarkets and the centre of Palma, only 15 minutes drive away. Nearby are other beautiful villages such as Deia, El Puerto de Sóller...We recommend watching the sunset at the nearby Mirador Sa Foradada.
