Me and my family had a lovely holiday at Kerims place. Some pros/cons to consider: Pros: -Great location: safe, peaceful and close to shops and entertainment. -Accurate decription of property: it looks just like the pictures posted in the listing. -Great pool: big and clean, and properly mantained. -New appliances in the kitchen. Cons: -Lack of kitchen utensils: very few plates, zero bowls and no microwave. -Zero cleaning materials: no broom (we had to request one), no vaccuum, no cleaning supplies for the bathroom, etc. This is problematic, especially if you are only traveling for a few days and don’t want to spend money on this. We had a hard time keeping the place tidy. -Foul smell in the toilets: there must be some problem with the plumbing. They were clean when we checked in but they developed a bad smell throughout the day. I guess its fairly normal in beach houses.

this is a great villa to stay. Kerim was really helpful and always replied to my questions quickly. He helped us to book airport transfers, rented car, and sent loads of info. for us to explore. A really professional and friendly host. location is good and convenient. Will strongly recommend to rent a car tho.
