Retreat to the master bedroom which features a king-sized bed, while the the two guest bedrooms offer flexibility with two twin beds each, one of which can easily be converted into a king-sized bed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. STVR #2500 THINGS TO KNOW: -This home offers driveway parking (2 spaces) -Outdoor soak tub and shower do not offer hot water. -Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. * Cleaning Fees Cost Explained - Sunnydays Vacation Rentals is committed to paying our housekeepers a living wage and we will not use cleaners that are not legal to work in the United States. All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.

Great stay with plenty of space and a beautiful backyard view of the mountains. Host was very responsive.
Sunny Days was everything we expected. We didn’t realize there was very strict rules, and a contract. So when we found out the gender of a baby, we were wanting to do a small gender reveal and the gorgeous backyard with our immediate family but we were not allowed. They do have some motion, noise detectors outback so if you are too loud after 10 you’ll get fined. We did not get fined, but if we would’ve known all this, we probably would not have booked. Other than that everything was great other than finding toilet paper that was either moldy or had water damage
Excellent stay. The pictures don't do this place justice. Just a fantastic view from this backyard. You can see the ocean amd a beautiful country hillside. Downtown Ventura is about an 8 minute drive. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Perfect for a small family.
