We can provide info on other lakes to fish on. There is no fishing or kayaking on the lake facing the house from Nov 1st thru may 23rd. There is a fishing lake few min drive from the house. for any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.
