Exceptional host and very clean place. Would give bonus stars if I could. I was there for a long term stay and the host Juan consistently checked in to make sure I had no needs and even went out of his way to be thoughtful for the holidays. The place is in a nice neighborhood, easy to access, amenities as described, fast and stable internet, and plenty of space for long term stays. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Juan was a great host! He let us check in early and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a little home away from home for work or traveling! Thank you Juan we really loved your space!

Awesome separate, private space! Has own door leading to front door and small patio which made it feel like we truly lived there! Perfect place to stay for a period of time. You have everything you need! Own parking, kitchen, bed, small living space, and even washer and dryer!! If I would have stayed working here, I would have extended my stay, it was great!
