This cute, clean apartment had everything we needed, a fresh, modern decor, and was in the perfect location near OTR in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Communication from the hosts was proactive and clear. Just what we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

My fiancé and I decided to take both our moms to Cincinnati for the André Bocelli concert and solar eclipse (back to back days). This was the perfect refuge for us for 4 nights. We enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table in the morning drinking coffee, talking into the late evening curled up on the couch in the living room, and walking to all the nearby boutique shops and restaurants. Arrival instructions were clear and comprehensive, home is easy to access, beds and bathrooms are remodeled and very clean, water pressure is perfect and hot water seemingly unlimited, food recommendations were plentiful, and host was always available and responsive. 10/10 recommend.

Our stay was great, super easy to book and communication the entire time was amazing. The house was clean but I will say the picture definitely make it look a lot nicer. But seriously the place was great and met all our needs, I just was thinking things would be a bit newer and more pristine. But again, it didn’t bother us at all but I can see how it could bother others. The location was okay, but I was thinking it was a little closer to like the heart of everything and easily able to walk like a minute to get somewhere. I’m not familiar with the area so I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, but I guess it wasn’t what I was expecting. We also had our two younger kids either us and it rained a lot during our stay, so we did end up driving everywhere anyway. I think if it would’ve just been us, we could’ve easily walked more rather than drive. The hosts were beyond great, very proactive communication on their part (welcome email, etc). Overall wonderful and I would stay again.

Our stay was mainly pleasant, but due to them doing renovations above us and the contractors going until 10:30pm two nights in a row it wasn’t without issues (we were also promised a refund and only received part of what was promised). Also it is a lovely building with a great view- but it’s an old building. You can hear everything from walking, regular conversations, and anything in the stairs that makes it seem like they’re in the same room with you. The rooms were as pictured and were cozy. The majority of the time the spot we were designated to park in was taken but we were easily shifted to a different spot. It is a city- so there’s also a lot of city noise (I sleep with ear plugs so I wasn’t effected, but not everyone else in my family does) and there is a certain amount of homelessness so walking to some places felt safer than others. Thankfully most of our stay was intended to be outside of the Airbnb so we mainly used it as a place to unwind at the end of the day and sleep.
