OUR NEIGHBORHOOD Bab Ksiba is situated in the Royal Kasbah district of Marrakech Medina. The highlight of the property is the multi-level rooftop terrace featuring a plunge pool, outdoor shower, dining area, large wooden pergola, and several sunny seating spots with loungers. Take in the views across the Medina rooftops, over to the Koutoubia Mosque, and on a clear day you can see all the way to the snow capped Atlas Mountains. There’s even a retractable roof to keep the dust at bay down below. Inside, natural light floods 3-stories down through a central atrium adorned with custom lighting, hanging plants, and a captivating fountain. The ground floor exudes tranquility with a courtyard patio perfect for relaxing or dining amidst traditional Moroccan décor. Next, a charming bhou with plush seating offers a lovely spot for conversing at the far end of the patio. Also on this level, the first of 4 ensuite bedrooms invites you in with its ornate archway seamlessly blending lounge and sleeping spaces, and the bathroom with custom tilework is a work-of-art. Ascending to the first floor, a large landing welcomes you with yet another inviting living space, complete with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV with a playstation PS4 video games. Surrounding the first-floor atrium, 3 more impeccably designed ensuite bedrooms await, each boasting modern amenities seamlessly integrated into the classic Moroccan aesthetic. Breakfast includes coffee or tea, two types of homemade bread, jam, butter, and freshly squeezed orange juice. -Daily Room Cleaning (except on Sundays when all of our staff are off): We provide daily cleaning and tidying up of all rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
