We had a great stay at Mike's place. It was very, very clean and welcoming (there was a giftcard to a local bakery to get some cupcakes). Great location, easy to find and easy to get around town. Only tricky part was the parking (its tandem parking) but everyone who was parking there left phone numbers on their dashboard so we could easily coordinating exiting. Highly reccomend!

Mikes place was exactly what we were looking for. Private but right in the middle of everything. Rest and relaxation with the beach right out the back Or absolute debauchery out the front. We cannot wait to come back.

This place was awesome. Great location, great space, responsive hosts. There is a coffee shop downstairs, so it smells like coffee, which I enjoyed. If you are there during the day, you can hear them a bit on the espresso machine but that’s really all. It’s right next to the beach, which is great!

We loved staying at Mike and Rachel’s place! It was close to the action without being too noisy. The apartment is just a few steps down to the beach, where we enjoyed using the beachfront decks for evening cocktails! Mike was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions.
