Our place is close to restaurants and dining and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the Quiet and being restful.Nice quiet place, about 70 meters from the Pan American Hwy. Plenty of flowers around. A nearby fruit Stand with all the local season fruits. 200 yards from Drug Stores, Gas Station, 2 bread and coffee shops, 4 restaurants walking distance. Supermarket 2 Km distance, easy transportation. Also Gated Security and secured parking for your vehicle. We have three rooms available. two with A/C. One is for $35 dollars with space for a small family. Second one is smaller for two persons with A/C for $25. Another smaller room with fan for two persons for 15 dollars. A typical Nicaragua Breakfast is included. you have access to kitchen and refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi available. There is a large Living Room available for the guests.

The floors were spotlessly clean. The AC stopped but Fernando, took care of it at once. Fernando and I spent many hours in conversation. Maritza the live in helper, cooked a good breakfast each morning. For some people who may be considering to stay there. For the price, I would say it is one of the best AirBNB in Managua. It would probably be best to have a car, because it is not in a Central location. Oh and one thing I forgot to mention, Fernando gave up his sharing of the bathroom, so that I had a private bathroom.
La casa del sr. Fernando es muy limpia y bonita y cuenta con todas las facilidades: ducha caliente, aire acondicionado, y una cocina completa. El recibimiento fue muy amable y la estadía muy amena. La ubicación fue ideal para nuestros planes y la seguridad fue primordial. Altamente recomendado.
La ubicación es muy conveniente ya que queda en las afueras de Managua y el acceso no es nada complicado. El lugar es seguro y el trato muy amable.

We are by Km 11 of the Pan Am Road (South Road) about 50 yards from it. At the entrance we have a Fruit Stand with all the Local season Fruits available. There are 3 Convenience Stores, 3 Drug Store and one Gas Station with ATM about 100-250 yards away. Also at about 200-250 yards, we have 2 Bread and Coffee Shops, four restaurants,( one open, local typical Nicaragua food service, one with A/C "The Taska of Kiko" Spanish gourmet, and a Chinese Restaurant 1 Hair and Beauty Store. 2 Kinder Schools nearby. Also a German-Nicaraguan High School, and a Nicaraguan High School (Calasanz) with a track field.
If you have your car, we have parking space available. If you need Taxi to go to airport, or other places in Managua we can call it for you. Or if you want you can try the local Buses that pass to go to Managua or the local Taxi-Motorcycles that will take to Km 8, and walk to get another Bus or Taxis. Also from here you can get on Buses that will take to other towns of the South Road, such as Diriamba, Jinotepe, San Marcos, Nandaime, Rivas, all the way to the border with Costa Rica which is about 150 Km going south on the South Road!!!. Also you will find Buses that can take to San Rafael del Sur, Masachapa and Pochomil, which are two of the nearby Beaches, where there are Hotels and Restaurants. You can go "Native" or go to the International Barceló Hotel "Montelimar" which is about 2-3 km from Masachapa.
