There is a pet deposit required. The only bedroom offers a queen size mattress but you are welcome to sleep on the couch if you would like. We have plenty of blankets under the coffee table. The AC unit runs very quiet so don't worry I will always have it on for you. You can adjust the temperature to your liking. Our tiny house also offers a tankless hot water heater.
