Good value for money! I had a peaceful stay at Maricel's place. There was a hiccup at the start (that I almost decided to leave) but Maricel was understanding and had her assistant solve the problem that made me comfortable to push through with my booking. I requested for a dish drying rack, too and it was provided ASAP. There are enough cleaning supplies to keep the apartment neat and tidy throughout the stay. The saucepan you see in the photo is the only pan/saucepan available. Managed to fry eggs and some meat, and was able to cook instant noodles in it, too, albeit it being too large. Note that the shampoo and soap provided are only good for a few days. I just bought my own soap and body wash (but maybe they would've provided had I asked). Con: - it was not indicated in the listing/nor communicated that the parking is NOT in the same building. Allot 15-30mins from unit to the parking (depending if peak/nonpeak hours) - the water pressure in the shower is REALLY REALLY weak

One of the best units I’ve stayed. Clean and all furnitures, appliances and colors chosen went well together. Nice to the eyes! Kuya was also helpful and brought us up to the unit. Owner was very responsive too
