We were a family of 6 visiting extended family in Puerto Rico who enjoyed our stay! Place was very easy to find with secured parking. The apartment was very clean and with great living space. The kitchen carried all kitchenware to cook. The washer and dryer was a bonus! 2 bedrooms with king size beds and the third bedroom with a queen size bed. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and we kept doors open to keep living room and kitchen cool. The sofa was super comfy and very clean! The bathrooms were big and spacey as well. The apartment is close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood, very secure. Great place for families! I would definitely recommend Maria's place.

Our overall stay at Maria's property was great for what we were looking for which was a clean, open space with close proximity to beaches, nightlife, and eateries. We were within walkable distance of a 24/7 convenience store that we absolutely loved. They were so extremely welcoming there and had a good variety of typical gas station buys, including their own PR quick bites (i.e. empanadas, hot dogs). Cohost Yvana was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us gather our forgotten belongings in time to catch our flight back home. As far as the place itself, it has a peaceful view from the balcony with not much activity outside. It was definitely a bit of a hassle to enter/exit the building when our whole group wasn't together, being that there's only one key for everything and you need a key to enter the building, use the elevator, unlock the front gate, and then for the main door. There were small lack of cleanliness details as well but, again, it overall worked for us! :)

The apartment is simply lovely. They took time to design the house, and it shows. The apartment is on a high floor with a nice breeze and is in a lovely neighborhood in Miramar. Close walking distance to restaurants (Eter) and groceries (La Hacienda). Great choice.
