Everything was wonderful! Such a cute place and location was so peaceful. The only “negative” thing I have to say is bring a sleeping mask or you will be up at the crack of dawn with how much sunlight you get through those windows! But overall would stay again:)

We absolutely loved staying at this quiet modern farm cottage. I loved the steeped coffee, the long walk through the pasture and the view from the cottage. The hosts were personable, informative and easy to communicate. Modern, quaint and perfect for our quiet getaway.

What a cute modern tiny home. It appears to be handicap accessible so opens to a wider group of renters. There were two beds which is great if traveling with family. The bed downstairs was very comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. There was also a fire pit we didn't have a chance to take advantage of but the setting looked to be a great and relaxing spot. William has carts to use for packing all your luggage from the parking pad down the lane to the cabins which was quite handy and much appreciated. I enjoyed all the large windows and daylight streaming in the cabin but if you're someone who doesn't like that you may want to take a sleeping mask with you. One thing we especially were excited about was to find a brewery was located on the adjacent farm. You never heard or saw anything except the signs. There were plenty of restaurants and other places of interest just a short drive away as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was gorgeous and the area was private and remote without being too far from fun things to do. The property had beautiful places to walk and hangout, and our child really enjoyed the cows! Our friends rented the other cabin on the property, and it was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The farm next door was a great recommendation for a fun afternoon with kids. Our host was quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely be visiting this property again.

We had such a great time!! The cabin was beautiful, super clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Super close to West Sixth Brewing (you can actually walk there if you wanted) and Buffalo Trace! Also close to charming downtown Frankfort. I would definitely recommend and planning on staying here when I go to the Kentucky Derby next year!
