It was a wonderful experience with Evolve. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The deer are all throughout the neighborhood and walk through the backyard. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax before bed and a long day.
The stay was okay at best. Arrived around 11pm from the airport after a long day of traveling with multiple young children. The code did not work and we were so tired. After a few calls to the property contact we figured it out, but it was definitely inconvenient. The porch was covered with yucky dead bugs (it’s Texas we get it) but there were many inside as well, long with very dirty floors. The bathroom rugs were covered in yuckies and it was super gross. Beds are TERRIBLE! We stayed a week and we had 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels, so we had to supply more ourselves. Walls and shelves were dusty and gross and we felt all around icky. All the dishes we used needed to be cleaned before we used them as they were yucky too. Overall it did the job- but, all of these issues combined with some other issues, we definitely would not recommend nor would we stay again!
