So far, so good. The place is definitely comfortable and functional. The bedroom is more than big enough, as well as the living room. The added kitchen space is also useful and functional, not to mention the 2-door fridge that is more than enough, more importantly for us, who somehow rents the unit long term.

Manipulation, deception and false advertising. from the very moment i stepped through the door their was deception, manipulation, blatant lying and false advertising to be precise . I had originally booked to stay downstairs, Rahel conned me into staying upstairs leading me to believe the room id be staying in was the one she had in the photos, it was NOT, she had pictures up of the master room that SHE was staying in. The room i ended up staying in was like a tiny jail cell with a small window, also all the photos she STILL has up are not even accurate, the furniture and carpets are all different, i took it off the chin though and eventually got downstairs where i had originally planned to stay (also the basement ceiling is roughly only around just over 6 feet in height! Dont believe it? Go look for yourself!) Take us in a month later, the weather starts to warm up and she constantly turns the ac off before she gos to work, then blatantly lies about it. It happened TWENTY TIMES, like a broken record, when confronted, she acted like a child and somehow attempted to shift blame to me!? 🤦🏼‍♂️ We reach an agreement to keep the ac at 73, two days gos by, now her mom starts coming over to shut it off…UNBELIEVABLE. They tried telling me that 80 was a good temperate or +30 however you gauge it, RIDICULOUS. Lastly massive DISGUSTING house centipedes EVERYWHERE downstairs, i had to go buy cans of raid and spray them everywhere and all the sudden bugs were literally CRAWLING out of the woodworks like out of a movie. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. What irked me the most though was that i complained to air bnb eventually and then after they started confronting her she tried to complain about me for revenge (even though i had not done one thing wrong) and to make herself look like she was the victim!? DESPICABLE. (Also never paid me back for the raid or 20 bucks for a box of dishwasher pucks i got her.)
