As you may already be aware from our reviews, we are known for the extreme cleanliness of our condo. Thankfully we have an absolutely outstanding housekeeper! That said, due to the current concerns with coronavirus, we have put into place even further cleaning procedures: We don't just clean and sanitize, but DISINFECT the following suffices prior to your check in using Lysol Multipurpose Cleaner, which is on the CDC list of effective products for killings the Covid-19 virus... All Bathroom surfaces...including shower walls and floor, toilet and flush handle, vanity cabinet, sink, faucets and soap/shampoo dispensers. All Kitchen surfaces...including counters, appliances, cabinets, pulls & knobs, appliance controls, refrigerator and handles, washer and dryer. All tables, doorknobs, door handles, light switches, remote controls, drawer pulls, lamp switches. All upholstered furniture is sprayed with Lysol disinfecting spray. All linens, including the shower curtain, are laundered in hot water using a disinfecting laundry soap. We leave Isopropyl alcohol in the bathroom medicine chest for you to use during your stay. This chemical is on the CDC approved list as being effective in killing the Covid-19 virus. Just ask us if you have any questions or concerns! Our standard cancellation refund policy is as follows: 100% if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the Check-in date. 50% if cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to the Check-in Date*. The deposit will not be refunded if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date as Homeowner will not have sufficient time to re-rent.* *But, we will make every attempt to re-book the cancelled reservation and will give the guest a refund for all nights that we are able to re-book at the re-booking rate if less, less a 10% booking administrative fee. This overrides the Airbnb "strict" cancellation policy.
