Located in a quiet soundside family-oriented neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills, "A Little Nauti" is an updated 3 bed, 2 bath cottage within easy walking distance to Hayman Park, the Hayman St Public Gazebo (perfect for sunsets!), and the Bay Dr multiuse path. The Hayman St Beach Access and the Avalon Pier are also close by. Perfect for a family vacation, A Little Nauti has everything you need for a memorable getaway. The great room includes a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a SmartTV with basic cable via the Spectrum app, and a dining area. Outside, enjoy the large upstairs porch added in 2023. There are 3 bedrooms: The first has a queen bed. The next bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. *This room is primarily for children but we would consider allowing one adult in the room on the single bed or lower bunk.* A Graco Pack-N-Play and high chair are stored in the closet in this room for your use. The third bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a closet, dresser, and SmartTV with basic cable via the Spectrum app. Under the cottage, there are a park grill, outdoor shower, foot wash, and a picnic table. The laundry room is also located under the cottage, where you will find a second refrigerator as well as beach chairs for your use. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, some trash bags, dish soap, some dishwashing liquid, and hand soap to get you started. We also supply sheets and 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for each guest. **A Little Nauti has capacity for 7 people, with a maximum of 5 adults**
