The house itself was very nice, and was a great size to host my bachelorette weekend of 8 girls. Unfortunately this property is part of a rental group called evolve and the house is owned by a woman named Patricia. There seemed to be a large miscommunication between evolve and Patricia. 1 week before my stay Patricia had texted me letting me know the pool would be heated. If I decided I didn’t want it heated I could let her know and she would refund the heating fee. If I wanted it heated she said I did not need to respond. I did not respond because we wanted it heated. On the day of my stay the pool water was ice cold and the heater was not running. I messaged Patricia and she mentioned evolve had told her we didn’t want the pool heated. I had never once been in contact with evolve. Our plan for the stay was a pool day and this ruined it. A few of us did go in but it was freezing. Patricia was no help in resolving the issue. Very disappointed & would not book through evolve again.

Great property! We stayed with a group of 8 and everyone felt rite at home. Check-in was super easy & all amenities were just as described. We visit the area a few times a year, so definitely will have this property saved as an option for our group trips.

This is a beautiful home and everything you could need was provided. The beds were extremely comfortable. The back yard at night was the perfect place to be with family. The ambiance from the lit pool, the fire pit area, plenty of seating plus ping pong and corn hole game kept everyone happy and comfortable. We had a toddler with us and there were even toys that kept her busy. An added bonus was how attentive and accommodating the owner, Pat, was with our family. I would recommend this very comfortable home to our friends.

Pat was friendly, helpful, and communicative. the home is in great shape and has cool movie posters from old movies on the walls as well as other thoughtful touches. good beds, good bedrooms, bathrooms, and a beautiful yard and pool.
