A perfect place for traveling nurses, families + couples to enjoy time away. Easy access to anywhere in town. Newly furnished, w/ smart TV, laundry, and full kitchen available. Groceries & restaurants 5 mins away. 10-15 mins to area colleges, 15 mins to downtown, 8-10 mins to hospitals. The home is a two level home - my husband, 3 year old son, newborn daughter, and I live on the main floor. You will have a fully separate living space in the basement of the home - separate entrance included. Because this is a split level there may be noise from us that you are able to hear. baby’s cry and footsteps can be heard. we try to be as quiet and respectful as possible during your stay. All windows and doors have curtains for complete privacy. If you are looking for a long term place to stay please message us and we will accommodate you! the only thing to note in a long term stay is that the laundry space is shared! if you are a short term booking we will not access the space while you are there. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a 55” Smart TV, full bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen. The backyard is a shared space with a patio and grill that you are welcome to use.
