If you are traveling to the area with kids, this is the place to stay. Two of the upstairs rooms work great for kids. The one with the bunkbeds is obviously great for kids but the other bedroom with the double bed and pull-out toddler mattress is also a great kid space. They both have toys and books, so even though we traveled light the kids had tons to play with. The room with the double bed and toddler pull-out is immediacy adjacent to the bedroom with the king bed, which was great to be able to hear our littlest one at night. The back yard is just as good as it looked and kept everyone entertained. The neighborhood felt safe and was a great area to walk. We enjoyed the park and even just strolling around the block, there were lots of other families and kids out in their yards or riding bikes around. It was very quiet at night.

David was a great host, their place was a great place to stay while spending time in SAT. Plenty of room for kids to play in the backyard. Highly recommend This place to anyone.

Great space ,outdoors amenities were nice. I did expect more for the price that I paid overall every thing was ok.

David is a great host with a wonderful home located right outside the craziness of downtown. The home had everything we needed for a great 1 week stay in San Antonio. Without a doubt would stay here again on another trip.

David was willing to help my family. My son goes to Landland AFB and his house was close to making this happen. He had everything ready to go which was a big plus! It took 11 min to get to AFB to his place. Not far from everything else in town.
