Karen was a detailed, proactive, and very responsive host. I appreciated, having a live conversation with her to clarify a few points. The house was ideal and as described. I highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I just visited NYC in July and stayed at this beautiful brownstone in the heart of the upper east side. The staff led by Karen was gracious and very professional for the extent of our stay. The pictures online do not actually capture how enormous and wonderful this house is in person, and we enjoyed every minute. This house has 8 floors of glorious living space with, and entire 2nd floor dedicated to entertaining via the theater room and full bar/lounge area. My children loved their guest suites, and my wife adored the master suite floor. I worked-out in the 5th floor gym and took meetings on the rooftop deck. Book this house it will not disappoint. Jay

With space being such a premium, it was fun to experience NYC from a townhouse! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Just double check with the host that everything is in working order if you are looking forward to the amenities or cooking in the kitchen. Due to my daughter’s strict medically necessary diet, we always need a kitchen and often have to travel with cooking supplies. I didn’t ask this time and found the kitchen to be missing all the basics.
