Place was cozy. Only concern was there is no vent hood or exhaust fan for kitchen. So no heavy cooking! We were there for thanksgiving so we did some cooking.

Cute place, looks recently remodeled and best of all it was affordable. The boat deck was a nice, we paid $10 to use the boat launch around the corner. Convenient location close to Hot Springs downtown.

This house is quaint, modernized and gorgeous! Kristy and her mom are fabulous Host! They were quick and swift to address our needs and responded quickly when we reached out for anything. This house was peaceful and relaxing for my mom’s 70th birthday casino getaway! We will definitely stay at Kristy’s beautiful home again! Great Hostesses!

This place was great! Kristy was super responsive and very easy to work with. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware you need. There is a keurig so bring kcups if you need coffee in the morning. Kristy also recommended a great boat rental service, so we were able to take full advantage of the location right on the lake. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a fun weekend on Lake Hamilton!
