On the cusp of the city, just north-west of the centre, is Turing Locke: a sleek, avant-garde style aparthotel in the brand-new, sustainable district of Eddington. Eat, drink, work and work-out in the light and leafy social spaces. And explore the community and countryside, all the while being just a 10 minute cycle from the historic centre. Away with friends, family or a colleague? These huge 74m² suites have two separate bedrooms, giving you all the privacy and peace you need. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, or you can request two single beds in one of the rooms if you prefer. There’s plenty of room to relax, too, with an extra-large, comfy sofa in the living area. Space to live, with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with boardroom-style dining table, dishwasher, washer/dryer and lots of designer cooking gear. Plus all our standard perks, including floor-to-ceiling windows (with blackout curtains), air conditioning, a rainfall shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, private, superfast Wi-Fi, a Smart HDTV with Chromecast and a Welcome Kit full of goodies.

It was a lovely apartment all newly renovated, in a great area - lots to do, comfy beds, good shower, nice walks, on a city centre bus route, shops, restaurants etc. Negatives: it's £15 a night for parking, I had a roofbox on and didn't fit in the basement so had to park on hotel staff parking so often struggled for a space, there was some damage / defects which needed rectifying (cupboard doors not shutting properly, bathroom door didn't shut well, radiator coming off wall), and the messages are not monitored by anyone with responsibility/the hotel staff so the information I requested was wrong and delivered by guess work.
This aparthotel was perfect for a long weekend away as a family of 4. It was exactly as pictured, clean, modern and spacious with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Our accommodation was ready when we arrived (4hrs earlier than stated!). We were also given vouchers for a days free bus travel - the stop was 2mins away and around 20mins into Cambridge. We parked at the park and ride which was an easy 10min walk.
Lovely place, perfect for a weekend break with our teenage son. Easy to get into Cambridge but also great to be in a lovely well designed apartment complex away from it all. Staff were friendly. helpful and thoughtful - would definitely return.

You don’t have to go far outside Cambridge to hit leafy meadows and green spaces. And when you stay at Turing Locke, you’ll be in prime position to explore it all. Just two miles north-west of the quaint streets and punts of postcard-fame, Eddington is a brand-new sustainable district.
Cambridge Business Park and other campuses are nearby. It’s a short taxi, bike or Park & Ride bus into the historic centre, and well-located for the airport. And – unusually for the city – there are ample parking spaces, as well as electric charging points and secure bike storage too.
