Our satisfaction at Lisa's house far exceeded our expectations! Before we even arrived I had written Lisa asking her about some house details, an she responded immediately and with lots of details She made me think she actually enjoyed communicating with me and several times invited me to text or cll her with any questions. We were amazed at all the welcoming touches as we entered the house, or should I just go ahead and say as we entered the kitchen. She had left all kinds of sweet and salty snacks, chocolates, charcuterie tray, cookies, beach chairs, etc. Talk about feeling welcomed! And every time I turned around I noticed other nice amenities like in the bathroom. The home was close enough to the beach to easily walk there, and we did that several times. She provided lots of large beach towels, beach chairs,kids' play things for the beach, etc. The back deck was very inviting with plenty of seating and tables for a large group. Best host and experience I have ever had!

Lisa was super accommodating, allowing us to check in early! We were greeted with fantastic snacks upon our arrival which was Awesome!! Very clean and well maintained house.

We highly enjoyed our stay here. It was just a short walk to the beach and was a perfect area, close enough to town but still nice and quiet. The house was more than expected and the kitchen was loaded full of anything needed for cooking. Very clean and we loved the large porch with comfy furniture to enjoy our view.

Fantastic house, incredible host and the location is perfect. Lisa was so responsive, let us check in early and check out late and went above and beyond as a host - she provided cupcakes because we were celebrating a couple birthdays! Only a minute walk to the beach, the area is super quiet and great to not have to deal with so much hustle and bustle as the rest of St. Augustine Beach. We would love to stay here again!

This house was lovely and thoughtfully decorated. EVERYTHING you could possibly need was provided. The host is gracious and makes guests feel special. Living areas and decks are spacious with nice comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms are large and bath spaces are so nice; I liked the many choices for bath accessories. Beds are very comfortable with very nice linens. If you need anything for the beach, it’s there! And a cart to take it in. My stay was so special I wanted to stay longer!! Guests only need clothes; every thing else is provided.
