The host started to "clean" the house 20 min before the check-in (with us there already) the house was disgusting. everything dirty and gross. He was there "cleaning" until 40 min past check-in hours. We had no towels and he went to buy some according to him and would be back at the house to deliver them (after being there past check-in already for 40 min). I had to fight Airbnb to give us a full refund so we could move to another house. An entire vacation day lost in a disgusting house. I would never sleep there or even use anything inside that house. Run away from it.
