We had a great vacation in this lovely and well appointed home. We have been coming out to the North Fork for years and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and great layout of the house. We enjoyed getting to know this charming community which is conveniently located close to everything we’ve come to love about this area. We recommend the house and owner without reservation.

Todd's place is perfect for a getaway to the North Fork. The location is less than a 5 minute drive to main street Southold, with water views, and you can easily be in Greenport in 10ish minutes or go in the other direction and be in Cutchogue in 12ish minutes. I loved the central location, as well as the quiet neighborhood. There are many wonderful wineries within 5-7 minutes of the house as well. The house has everything you need for a short or long term stay, and you'll have plenty of space and entertainment for indoor or outdoor activities (three different porches!). We didn't have a need for anything - the house had it all! Todd is a fabulous host with great (and speedy) communication. He'll be able to help you with everything from where to find something in the house, or recommendations for the NoFo. You won't be disappointed in staying here! I'm already looking to plan a return trip.

This was a great way to enjoy the North Fork. Todd was a great host and very responsive. Our kids really loved the beach and the house was clean and equipped with absolutely everything you would need. We also enjoyed the sunny areas and all the live plants. Well situated for most everything. Swimming, dining, wineries and even stargazing at the local observatory. The piano was also a welcomed surprise. We played it everyday! Thanks for being such a great host, Todd!
