The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground. Literally as per the title this an en-suite bedroom with many facilities like tea and coffee, toaster, fridge and microwave and overlooking a park. A lot of greenery, peaceful and quiet as our house is well set back from the street by about 100 metres. Furnished with a memory foam mattress and a 5 foot wide bed. Working area and lots of storage space for a long or short stay.

Another comfortable stay at Bipin’s. Quiet, comfortable and near to a station that takes you straight into the city in no time. Stayed so frequently it feels like home now! Bipin is a friendly, welcoming and helpful host.

Bipin's studio was very comfortable and he did everything he could to make my stay as nice and peaceful as possible. The area is peaceful and there is ample parking. Restaurants are only a 10min walk away. I would definitely stay again.

We have a lovely park adjacent to our property and one of the windows overlooks the park.
Bus routes, underground, overground are all within easy reach into central London.
Lots of local bars, pubs and restaurants of all cuisines available.

We provide free off street parking for the duration of your stay.
Note: our driveway is well hidden due to its 100 metre length from the street.
Brixton underground is a short bus ride away. Two overground stations Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill are about 8 and 12 minutes walk away respectively.
Plenty of bus routes a short walk away.
