Great place close the beach, it was perfect! We enjoyed our time in Lozenets, we recommand this place

I’ll start with the good things, because that’s gonna be really brief: The whole staff at the location was very polite and tried to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. And the room we got was slightly bigger than what’s advertised in the pictures. Now off to everything that was wrong with the ATM room in Lozenets: 1. We never met the host, so I cannot comment on that. I had to send a few messages in a row though until I got check in information, because it took them around 4 hours to reply. 2. We were not staying at the room that was advertised in the pictures. Explanation as to why was not given (the answer was “for some unknown reason your reservation is in the other building”). As I read through other reviews of the host, it appears to be very common for guests to not be staying at the room advertised in the listing for all locations by this host. Also keep in mind that this is not a room/apartment given by an individual, but it is a hotel chain. 3. There is no free parking on the premises - we had to pay extra for the parking from the hotel. 4. We also had to pay extra for our dog, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing - we found out when checking in. 5. Although the cleaning ladies were coming in everyday, and changing sheets every other day, the room was quite dusty. 6. The most disgusting thing of all was the fact that every set of new washed sheets we received had stains on them (that looked like blood and coffee stains). 7. The bathroom door wasn’t closing. 8. The handle on the room door was broken and almost falling off when closing the door from the outside (they do have a handyman on location and he was quite helpful, but all these facts point to poor general maintenance of the place). 9. There was no shampoo and body wash, as it states in the listing (there was toilet paper, towels and 2 soap bars for hand washing). 10. We were on the second floor and our view was basically the back of a restaurant - we were looking straight at their loading area and toilets. The third and fourth floor though had sea views. 11. The shower head was quite old and almost falling apart. Overall, as a person who had stayed in other Airbnb listings, this has been the most disappointing stay I’ve had, and the most misleading listing I’ve booked.

I thought I was booking a studio with a double bed and a sofa bed, as the AirBnB listing stated - instead we were greeted by a lady (not the host of the "studio") at a nearby hotel. She initially gave us the key for a small hotel room with a double bed and when I pointed out that I had booked for three people and it said so in my AirBnB booking, she was surprised and said that she only received reservations "as an Excel table", no details. After some to-and-fro we were given a small room with three ancient beds in yet another building nearby. This seems to have happened before at this place, judging by the reviews and all I can say is - either change the listing so as it reflects reality or take it down and simply offer hotel rooms.

Everything was smooth and easy. The place is nice and clean. The location was nice and overall it was a very pleasant holiday.
