I loved Luke and Kates place! My family and I enjoyed the animals, the living space and the serenity the property provided. Thankful for their generosity & the kindness shown to my family and myself. My little one was so excited to see the animals and explore. We hope to find our way back to Luke & Kates one day!

A few words can not describe how amazing this stay was. it is the most idyllic, bucolic setting Luke and Kate have a beautiful place and a beautiful family. We were in town for a sad occasion and the peace and serenity eased this. We booked because we wanted our 15 month old grandson to see all of the animals and he had the most amazing time motoring around the property. Their concept of regenerative farming is fascinating and has been a dream of mine for a long time and I felt to happen upon this stay was meant to be. Our stay rejuvenated my passion to pursue this lifestyle They are young, intelligent, caring and passionate about their lifestyle. The values and life skills they are imparting to their children is priceless. Amazing experience 10 stars!

We had a wonderful little getaway to Luke & Kate’s farmstead. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short visit. The whole family was very welcoming and kind, and they were super patient with our two-year-old daughter who had an absolute blast just running around the property and playing with all the animals! There was also a toddler mattress, dollhouse, and blocks for her! Downtown Landrum was very cute, and Spartanburg has a great little children’s museum and downtown area. We had delicious meals at the Strawberry Hill Cafe, Stone Soup, The Hare and the Hound, and Blue Moon Specialty Foods. We also did a wine tasting at Mountain Brook Vineyards, which was beautiful and family-friendly. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the front porch and watching the bunnies, chickens, sheep, cows, and pigs. Their little dog Luna was also super sweet and snuggly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique, memorable, and comfortable stay!
