Jessica was a helpful, flexible and communicative host. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had a view of the water from the front porch. We particularly enjoyed the private beach. Definitely would book again in the future!

This house is super cute. Jessica was incredibly responsive and helpful. Amazing! My only complaint was the fridge was very dirty. Looked liked spilled milk dried and lots of yuck in the drawers. I scrubbed the fridge before I put everything away. Nice view of the bay. About a 10 min drive to the beach. 5 minutes to the grocery store. Beds are super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Love love loved it ! Me and my boyfriend will be back if she’s available for Honda day ! Beach is steps away and very private ! Different from NYC ! Loved the locals and car enthusiasts all around . Thanks Jessica for sharing your home 💕

It's a really cute place and a fairly quiet neighborhood, but it is indeed a neighborhood. The "private beach" is a neighborhood beach access without parking, which is nice that it doesn't draw a crowd; to be clear this is not a house on the water. For Colonial Beach during the off-season, $200 per night all-in is a bit steep considering it's not even water-view (though the name has "Water Access". Still, a friendly host and a 10 minute drive from the bigger beach and attractions.

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s place. We felt at home and enjoyed our Easter as a family! The kitchen is fully stocked and easily accessible. Jessica was very responsive and thoughtful leaving us snacks and a bottle of wine. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to return soon!
