This house is huge, perfect for a week at the beach. It provide all the space we needed, as well as all the beach-related gear like chairs and umbrellas. The neighborhood is peaceful, easily walkable, and the house is right across from the community pool. All the communities from the house to the beach are incredibly bikeable, so if you’re up to it, you don’t even need a car!

This home was a great getaway spot for my family. The home is quite large and could easily accommodate 10-12 people. The house has lots of games and toys for young children to play with. My children had a blast everyday here. This is a beautiful community with a lot off nice families. Everyday we visited at least 1 of the 2 pools. The pool across the street is very nice and relaxing for adults. The other pool is about 2 min down the street and is great for kids. Expect to have a lot of kids to be there on the weekends. It was a lot of fun!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that you would need. If there was 1 negative it would be that you can’t walk to the beach. It is about a 15min ride to the beach and shops. John was also a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, this is a great spot to get away for large groups that want to visit Bethany beach. We recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay. House is suitable for a large family or multiple families. Everything inside is nice. Complex has phenomenal amenities. Short max 15 minute drive to Bethany Beach. Highly recommend and very family friendly overall. John was unbelievably responsive and has earned the super host title.

Our family had a great time! The house was perfect in every way. Great location! John was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all of our misc questions during our stay! We can’t wait to book again!
