The house was just like the pictures, backyard was great! Kitchen had everything needed to cook. It was super close to the venue we came for on Water St. The neighborhood seemed a little iffy, but we excepted that from other reviews. Didn’t have any issues, nobody bothered us. The property had just been sprayed for bugs, which is great but there dead bugs or dying bugs all over. Not a big deal but scooped them up, but scared my little one a bit as she is scared of bugs.

House was clean and nice inside. The backyard was perfect, fully fenced for pets and lots of comfortable seating. I loved how the house was remodeled, but still kept its vintage charm. I had a question prior to booking and the hose Sarah responded quickly. I brought my two dogs and had no problems. I felt safe leaving them in the backyard. The neighborhood is in an older part of Henderson and the homes around aren’t well kept, but had no problems. It was quiet and no issues. Very close to many restaurants and smaller casinos in the Water District. I would book again.

MOST UNSAFE AIRBNB I’ve ever NOT STAYED AT. I was lead to believe by the pictures of the listing that I would feel safe with my family staying here for two nights. There is a reason the main photo of this property is a tick tack table game in the backyard. We got off the freeway and approached downtown Henderson and were feeling pretty good. Until we took a left and the right in the neighborhood. The neighbors house was packed with trash. A truck filled to brim with bags and old bikes. The driveway was tiny and not able to fit the two trucks we arrived in. (There are no pictures of the front the entire house on the listing) why? The inside was as cute as the pictures on the listing. We searched the house. There was two large bugs dead in the bathroom. One was in the light and seemed to be there for a long time. We were debating to leave and a cockroach ran across the floor. We stepped on it and left. We were there 10 mins I lost my entire $900 (no refunds) Now I know why
