What a fun “gem” Born Again Camp Ground turned out to be! By the time I looked into loggings for our family trip to Mammoth Cave National Park, most other places were booked up or SO pricey, so it was between a hotel or “glamping” here with Peggy, and I’m so glad my oldest daughter said, “mom, let’s be adventurous!”. Peggy was warm and inviting and made you feel right at home. Her little cabins we “eclectic”, but comfortable and charming (and all so different!) While they don’t have plumbing (you are “glamping” after all) They seemed more than equipped with everything else you might need— mini fridge, microwave, electricity and filtered water; and our family of 5 was quite comfortable. Our kids loved meeting and playing with other kids and loved all the outdoor games and play equipment. Peggy even gave them a little ride on the golf cart & train one night, which was a big highlight. The surrounding property was so peaceful and it was an easy 30+ min drive to Mammoth Cave NP. Recommend!

There’s not enough room to tell about all the things we loved! Peggy was extra sweet and helpful. Her place was phenomenal! She had everything we needed. It was in a beautiful location. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the things we needed and even worked with us on some adjustments. We will definitely be back!

You will not be disappointed if you stay there. We wish we could have spent more than one night. Peggy is very friendly and super accessible. This AirBNB deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Peace in the Valley! We stayed at this location to visit Mammoth Caves National Park which was only about 35 minutes north of this Airbnb. The host was very welcoming and responded well to messages. The moment we got there she had set up a bonfire for us! Accommodations were clean and kept up well, as well as stocked with coffee and creamers as well as some extra treats. The set up was nice and cozy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She even provided recommendations for local eats and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Colton’s in Glasgow only 15 minutes away. The only thing is I missed where she stated that there is a shower room separate from the facility when I booked, but it is in the informational paragraph on the site so just be aware of that fact and plan accordingly! Our host went above and beyond in making us welcome and even gave us an anniversary gift since our outing was to celebrate our anniversary.
