Ideal for a few nights stay whilst walking in the Lakes. Food for breakfast provided and the fridge and microwave were very handy. The off road parking was great, often so hard to find in the Lakes. Jennifer was very friendly and the checking in process was trouble free. I will be happy to use again.

We requested to book Jennifer’s place 24 hours before we wanted to arrive, and she responded quickly. We also have 4 dogs (which is a lot for anyone to accept) and she was so accommodating to all of us! The room is ideal for a simple stay, with facilities to make toast, cereal, hot drinks etc. We only needed it as somewhere to sleep and shower after a day out on the fells - running and hiking - so it was absolutely perfect for us. Thankyou!!

Jennifer was amazingly flexible and helpful ; to say I had a challenging journey was an understatement. I kept Jennifer up to date and she kept telling me « no problem «  It was dark by the time I arrived in Cockermouth, but her precise directions made it very easy to find her and she’d already put my heating AND electric under blanket on ready for me. Thank you so much Jennifer !!

A great place to stay for a few nights in Cockermouth. Private and quiet, walking distance to supermarkets and the town centre, and the Bitter End, a great pub. Jennifer was really friendly and helpful. The space was cozy and clean and had everything needed for a self catered stay.
