My stay at Irma's house was exceptional! The place was immaculate, cozy, and just right for a solo traveler like me. Irma was an incredible host, welcoming and full of great recommendations for exploring the local area. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to dining and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. A big thank you to Irma for making my trip so memorable!

Our stay was very comfortable. Even though we arrived very late at night, Irma and her husband welcomed us at the house. It takes about 15-20 min by taxi from the airport and costs ~13 GEL. If you want, there is also an airport bus that passes very close to the house. The directions were very good, we found the house quickly. The house is 3 min walk from Isani metro. It takes about 15 min to go to the center. There is a exchange office and a grocery store right below the house and also a Carrefour within walking distance. The house was warm and cozy. It would have been great if the kitchen utensils were a bit more varied and there were spare towels but we didn't have much of a problem. Everything was fine as it was and it was also nice to have spare sheets. Irma responds to messages very quickly, we could reach her immediately in the slightest problem. I can definitely recommend a stay in this house

As an IT professional on creative holidays, I found Irma's place easy to live in and well-suited for work. Irma and her husband gave the apartment rustic style and their creativity rubbed off on me, helping me think better. Love the lamps. The apartment is on 13-th floor so street noise and smoke does not reach it. Soundproofing is reasonably good, you don't hear the neighbours, and even occasional renovations' noise is quite faint. Everything worked as expected; I didn't have any issues. Tbilisi experiences occasional power outages, but this suburb (Isani) has them less frequently than most others. IT professionals would appreciate fast and reliable internet all the way to the USA and a permanent IP address (if you have to work through a firewall). It is one of those things you only notice once you don't have it. For a quick bite out, I highly recommend small Patar Chilica cafe across the road. All up, I had a very enjoyable and productive time.
