Perfect Place to stay in Kotor! Lovely hosts who showed us around, gave us hints and tips and provided eggs and homemade cakes. Villa is clean, has everything you need. outdoor areas are amazing. Location overlooking tivat bay is stunning, close to airport and shops. cant fault it in anway, looking forward to coming back!

We had a very good time in this place. The house is very cozy, spacious and with a lot of light inside. Many things are thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable and long stay. The area near the house is also very conducive to a pleasant pastime. There are gazebos where you can spend time, inside the house there are all necessary appliances and equipment. It's quiet around and no one bothers. Beautiful view of the sea right from the window. The owners are very pleasant and friendly people, treated with delicious oranges that grow right there in the yard. I highly recommend the villa as a place to relax with family or friends. And also say thanks to Ivana and his husband.

The villa is in a fantastic location, fabulous views down to Tivat. At an altitude which keeps the air cool. The facilities are perfect and there is enough to do so you don't need to leave once you arrive, however a vehicle is needed to get up to the location and explore the wonderful surroundings.

We had a very nice stay in this villa. The house was very pleasant and modern and located quitely. The view on the bay of Kotor from the house is amazing. The pool is also very nice with good loungers. Tivat, Kotor and Budva are easlily reachable from the houde. The owners also gave us really nice tips of things to do in Montenegro
