The apartment was nice. The front door was too narrow. It was difficult to take the luggage upstairs. Other than this the apartment was nice and response time from the guest was extremly fast.

Me pareció increíble la estadía. Es una casa nueva y extremadamente limpia y acogedora. Cuenta con mucho más de lo que puedes imaginar. Además, el anfitrión siempre fue atento y muy servicial.

Unfortunately we had an unsatisfied stay here. Upon arrival we noticed a fairly unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, I reported this to Andy and suggested he call a plumber. Instead he sent a cleaner, who reported 'no issues'. The smell persisted throughout our stay. The bathrooms lacked hand soap/wash, shampoo or body wash, so we had to buy our own. The kitchen was missing surface cleaner/wipes and no detergent was provided for the washing machine, so we had to buy these. The beds were uncomfortable, springy and bouncy. The top floor bedroom was noisy, when trucks drove past the bed would rumble and the room shook. My wife and myself had to resort to sleeping on the floor in the lounge. We had lack of sleep throughout our stay. Unfortunately Airbnb couldn't find us anywhere else suitable so had to stay for the duration. Other than that the place was modern, bright, fresh, clean and tidy. Location is close to town centre.
