The perfect place to stay when visiting oconomowoc!

Such a clean and beautiful home on the lake. The location is perfect and the host was very detailed and responsive. We loved our stay!

Maria's paddle house was a beautiful, peaceful spot for our family to call home during a busy wedding weekend. We enjoyed walking into town to grab coffee and breakfast, treats, access to a playground, ice cream and much more. The location is ideal! I wish it had been warmer and we could've enjoyed the water activities behind the home. Watching the birds and seeing the sun rise over the lake was stunning. The house was equipped with basics, we especially appreciated being able to use laundry. There was enough coffee for a day or 2 for 2 adults and some snacks upon arrival. We did not find a hair dryer, and not every sink and/or shower had soap which was a bit of a challenge! High chair was great. There were a few cobwebs around the kitchen and baths, but was overall clean. Maria was communicative, friendly and very welcoming. We had some gaps in communication right before we checked in but everything ended up just fine. Thank you! We would certainly stay again!

We had a great stay at the paddle house. We were in town for a short 2 night visit for a wedding so we didn’t spend much time there but the place was great for our large family. Very clean.

We loved our stay so much last summer that we had the privilege to stay again this summer! We had a wonderful two weeks at the Paddlehouse which feels like a home away from home. Maria is such a wonderful host. All communication was easy and prompt. We brought our own kayaks this year and loved paddling across Fowler Lake to dock for ice cream at Mullens on the boardwalk and also got to explore down the Oconomowoc river. There is so much to do in Oconomowoc that is bikeable and walkable including three serene and clear swimming spots; one at Fowler park, one just a short paddle down the river to riverside park and the last at City Beach on Lac La Belle. The location is just the best! It’s a delightful balance of nature and small town community fun. We’re very grateful for the opportunity to make more family memories at the Paddlehouse!
