自我介绍

Yoga, music, cycling and travelling on my bike is pretty much ... my life on a nutshell! I fell in love with Ioannina when I was travelling on my bicycle from The Netherlands to Asia and decided to settle here surrounded by those beautiful mountains. I am a yoga teacher and educator, a musician and a massage therapist. My love for travelling motivated me to combine the things I love when I created Urban Yoga House Hostel and Retreat as a place for someone to find ''a home away from home'' and discover that the true home is always where our heart is deep within. Together with my partner Alex that is a professional cook and Rex a former most known stray dog of Ioannina that now is part of our family, we want to offer you not just a simple stay in our house hostel and retreat in Ioannina but a holistic special experience while relaxing, withdrawing and reflecting not only on the road and travelling adventures that awaits you further, but also find the time to reconnect with yourself, relax and rest, feel calm and absolutely welcomed while meeting other travelers too. You can always combine your stay with a yoga or meditation class, a hiking trip, a healthy meal, or a massage to help you restore, release tension and deeply rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit!
