Perfect place to stay while hiking in New River Gorge. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner each night and really enjoyed Fayettesville. Our stay at Tim and Heather’s place was very comfortable and we would certainly stay here again!

This Airbnb exceeded expectations in every way! Clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Exactly as pictured. The hosts were great - just the right level of communication. Place was very clean and homey. Great location to serve as a base for exploring the New River Gorge National Park. Wish we had had more time in the house and the area.

The Avenue was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do on this trip. Close to lots of trails and overlooks and convenient to great restaurants and breweries. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our family of three had a wonderful spring break stay at The Avenue. The house was so well-appointed and clean. It had everything we could’ve needed and was completely spotless. The house was located close to town and New River Gorge National Park, which we spent two days exploring. This was our first time to West Virginia and we really enjoyed the beautiful area around Fayetteville. I would not hesitate to stay at The Avenue again!
