A quaint neighborhood filled with nature, waterfront views; peaceful & relaxing space. Soak up the sun & water while relaxing in this waterfront paradise.
Other things to note:
Please take your shoes off in the house; the house is new. Kids are welcome, there is NO smoking on the property or on the decks and porches at all. We have books, movies, and games all for your entertainment along with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
My family is extremely allergic to animals; if you have a service animal, etc. please, out of respect find another place. Thank you.
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am. Some flexibility in these times is possible depending on availability. Please check with me if you would like to check in earlier or check out later. If you check out late without prior approval there will be a $75 late check-out fee.
Please don't be gross. Seriously, please be respectful and leave the house in good condition. I hate that I even have to say this but it is apparently necessary after some recent experiences. If you are looking to throw parties or invite extra guests over this is not the place for you. Outdoor spaces monitored.
