Located in a 100 years old, former Maharaja's Palace, this wonderful, uniquely decorated space has enough of both the modern world and old charm. Surrounded by 100s of trees, a 4-meter-high ceiling and silent surrounding, this space will enable you to go deep within. The space is a perfect place for a couple. It has a master bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a small outdoor sitting space. BEDROOM The master BEDROOM is equipped with a king size bed (with Orthopedic mattress), study table, Wi-Fi Connection 50/100 mbps), small place to dine, wooden wardrobe and enough open space to move around. KITCHEN The KITCHEN is well equipped with modern kitchen facilities like Gas stove, Refrigerator, Mixer, Tea-maker, Toaster, Grill Sandwich Maker and and all the basic required cutleries We also provide you with basic cooking ingredients like Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric powder, Oil and Tea/Coffee Powder. The remaining cooking stuff, you would need to manage on your own. There is a Grocery shop (Panchali) about 300 meters away from the house, where you can get the required stuff. There are multiple Multi-cuisine restaurants available around the place, from where you can order through Zomato/Swiggy. Even though most guests prefer consuming bottled Distilled water, we have provided a Ozone Water Purifier in the kitchen Note: There are also 2 homebased food outlets (within the property premises) that can provide you with Home made Indian Thali and that too at a very reasonable rate..... BATHROOM The BATHROOM has a basin, western commode, shower, wooden cloth hanger and hot water boiler. The uploaded photos may display a bath tub, but its non-functional and hence not mentioned in the list of Amenities. OUTDOOR SITTING AREA Just outside the suite, there is a small OPEN AIR SITTING AREA, where you can enjoy a book with a cup of tea/coffee. other than this space, there is ample of open place where you can sit and enjoy your time. PARKING The premises also offers enough free space to park your vehicles. The parking area is just a few meters (say 10-15 meters) away from the door of the suite and is visible from the window. Located in a a plot with 100s of trees and no adjacent neighbors, you can have your privacy and also move around without being worried about social distancing. You will not be disturbed, unless you need anything or anything needs to be communicated that needs attention. Outside the bungalow there is a 300-350 meters street covered with trees, where you can have a nice walk. The bungalow that has the suite has a fence on three sides and the gates are monitored by a security guard during the night time. The suite also has a 'Door Security Camera' for your safety. As per new Airbnb protocols, we have to inform the guest about CCTVs and Smart devices in and around the room/place. There are no smart devices or cameras inside the room....just a wifi connection. However there are around 12 CCTV cameras around the property and your movements will be recorded in about 6 of them. Other than the above mentioned facilities, there is an Electricity back up of 500W and an AC Unit. The AC unit, would however not work on the backup as only the essentials (lights, plug points) have been connected to the backup. In short, it is a complete living unit.
