Welcome to this charming apartment in Mariehamn, where you can live 200 m walking distance to the center and 500 m to the nearest beach. The perfect starting point for exploring beautiful Åland or enjoying summer dinners in the garden! The house consists of two apartments, an upper floor and a ground floor. There is a common entrance to a stairwell and separate doors to each apartment. Our family lives on the ground floor and it is the apartment on the upper floor that we rent out now. After entering through the front door, you take the stairs up to the upper floor, then the door on the right. Once inside the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious hall which is centered in the apartments with the various rooms around.

Jättetrevligt boende med suverän host som gav oss massa tips om upplevelser för vår vistelse. Väldigt nära centrum och mysiga promenadstråk längst vattnet. Mysigt inredd lägenhet som alltid var trevlig och härlig att komma hem till efter dagens utflykter. Kan verkligen rekommendera boendet och host till andra!

Lovely atmospheric accommodation on the renovated top floor of an old house. Plenty of room which is great for family vacation. Also has a beautiful garden with swings and a slide for kids. Location is perfect, just a short walking distance to city center and a spacious parking lot next to the building. Recommended for anyone travelling with family.

The house is close to the pedestrian street with services, shops and close to beaches and green areas. Despite the central location, there is a lush secluded garden with sun all day. Neighbors are older housing developments and Mariehamn's town hall.
