Great spot. We were visiting friends near by so it was the perfect location. We walked most everywhere, Breakers, White Elephant, Lola, Meat Market, White Hall, St Ambrosia, and the beach. Enjoyed a few hours by the pool. The unit was ideal for a weekend away. Would happily return.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Shelly’s place. Shelly was very accommodating and she gave us excellent restaurant recommendations! Everything was walking distance which was so great! Loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and looking at the ocean up the street. Shelly had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Can’t say enough great things about her place. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

We are so glad we found Shelley’s condo! It was very clean, bright, well-appointed, and has a lovely terrace. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay in Shelley’s unit. There are so many to choose from in this beautiful historic building but this is one of the rare few with a private outdoor balcony. It was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool area and covered patios to eat our lunch. The ocean is two short blocks away and a beautiful stretch of beach that is no different than what’s offered to the private hotel guests on the oceanfront. Our favorite part of the trip was renting bikes and exploring the lake path and along the ocean.

The balcony is even better than in the picture, amazing shower, comfy bed, lots of mirrors, and overall a great place to stay in a great location.
