Si quieres una escapada al paraíso, este es el lugar perfecto. Excelente ubicación , vista impresionante, restaurantes cercanos , lugar seguro , la verdad puedo recomendarlo a ojos cerrados. Sergio es muy profesional , amable y eficiente, gracias por hacer esta experiencia memorable.

Great apartment in an excellent part of Juan Dolio. I have stayed in this complex many times and this was first time with this unit. It was a great trip and Sergio was an excellent host! Communication was tremendous. Would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful balcony over looking the Caribbean.

I would rate Juan Dolio itself a 2 out of 5. There is very little to do there, beach is ok, restaurants no good. Problems with room - 1) Very old & run down place. (I didn't realize Marbella was the first oldest hotel built in Juan Dolio.) 2) Hot water tank was too small. So I did not get any hot water. (Tank is the size for a kitchen sink only hotwater tank.) You will get cold showers. 3) Windows frames had holes on edges because frames were shifted & old. Bugs get in easily. I found a coach roach in my room. 4) Juan Dolio is safe but the front door is weak and a person could break in with a butter knife. 5) Paint on multiple places coming off. 6) Host had all the electric breakers off when I came in. Old place. Probably can't handle the electrical needs. Or host may be cheap. Problems with check in - When I got there host never gave my reservation to the front desk. (It seemed he did this on purpose) Veiw - excellent view, nice older place but not much at all to do here.
