Colleen was extremely responsive. We had an amazing time with a toddler and puppy proofed home. All the amenities listed were available and everything felt right at home.

One of the best Airbnbs I've had the privilege of staying in. Brought some friends for the weekend for a relaxing girls' trip. We loved drinking coffee and chatting on the massive and ultra-comfy living room sofa while enjoying the view of green, green, green and lush foliage out every window. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and bathrooms were well stocked. The whole house was spotlessly clean. The master bedroom and bathroom are really retreat-like. We enjoyed the hot tub (so clean!), bikes, and ping pong table too. The neighborhood is great for walking, jogging, and biking, and is an easy trip to the ocean and the sound. My only complaint is that the twin beds on the lower floor are really better for kids than adults, but ultimately it was all just fine! I absolutely recommend Colleen's place!

We had a wonderful trip. The house was the perfect size for two families and had everything we could need. Kitchen was great. Beds were very comfortable. Garage w/ping pong table was a hit with the kids. Loved the outdoor space, hot tub and shower. Neighborhood is gorgeous. We borrowed the bikes and rode about. Walkable to the beach, too, and just a close drive to Duck. Would highly recommend!

The best place we've stayed at in the Outer Banks. Immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a variety of dishes, including a salad spinner and spices. Southern Shores is a lovely neighborhood with tall trees and winding roads good for walking. Colleen was very communicative and had thought of everything. We would love to stay again the next time we're in the Outer Banks.
