Ioana is indeed a super host, very helpful, always answer quickly. She was always a helping hand! The house was better then described and what the pictures showed. The location is perfect, open the door and you literally are on the beach. Not far from Denia city (1,5 km) and all it’s restaurants. We can really recommend Iona and the house.

We had a fantastic stay at Ioana’s villa. The location was fantastic. Directly on the beach. It is about a mile into the centre of Denia - walkable along the beach or an easy drive. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours on the way out to Spain but Ioana was flexible and her son met us to check in at 0030 - THANK YOU. The house had everything you could possibly need including lots of toys for the kids. The pool is not heated so was a little chilly at the start of June but was a big hit with the kids who seemed not to notice. It is worth noting that you need to pay a large security deposit to stay at this house - 1500 euros. Which we needed to transfer on arrival. This was the only downside as doing this incurs a banking charge which you will lose. I’m sure there must be a better way of doing this? However that was a minor thing, the deposit was refunded without problem and we had no complaints. We would certainly return. Thank you.

WOW, what a place! This stylish and modern home is sits in the ideal location. Situated right on a beautiful, clean beach, with a lovely garden and plenty of space, it was ideal for our young family. Ioana was the perfect host and communication was fantastic. Any minor issues were sorted swiftly and we were even invited to pick delicious oranges at Ioana’s countryside home (an unforgettable experience!). The house is set back from the road making it a very quiet location, yet supermarkets and shops are within easy reach. Aside from the stunning beach location and stylish interiors we particularly loved the super comfy, large beds and the electric blackout shutters - a godsend with small children! We hope to return soon. Thank you, Ioana!
