This was the first time we stayed at an airbnb. Cam + RD facilitated an amazing first experience for my family. The house/property were above and beyond. The view is breathtaking, the house has so much charm, and 3 families felt at ease without being on top of each other. My only complaint is that I packed too much. Will be a much easier trip when we come back next time (and there will be a next time!) The house already has all the essentials, and tons of amenities that I didn’t even realize we might have needed until we got there. Thank you for everything Cam + RD! We truly appreciate how proactive, thoughtful, and accommodating you were. We are sad to leave, but looking forward to another adventure soon!!

This house was so perfect for us! We were 3 couples, two 3-year olds and two 1-year olds and a dog. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The rooms were very comfortable. We used the awesome fireplace every day and cooked almost every meal at home because of the little people's schedules. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the few missing items were quickly replaced by Cam via Instacart. The property is magnificent and we enjoyed walking down to the river in the backyard and taking long walks on the quiet country roads. We took advantage of skiing at Bromley, which has a terrific Magic Carpet for new little skiers, and some of us went to Stratton (1/2 hour) and Killington (1 hour). Sledding at the hill at Burr & Burton Academy in Manchester was fun too. Cam didn't miss a beat in his correspondence and was so wonderful and pleasant to communicate with. We highly recommend this house!

This is the third time we've rented 403 for Xmas, so obviously we're very satisfied with the house and the responsiveness of the hosts. Please see my previous reviews. All I can add is that the kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook a turkey and other holiday meals. Otherwise, I repeat that this is an ideal house and location for extended family gatherings.

We stayed two weeks at this well stocked, happy house. We would stay again! Loved it and will miss waking up to the sound of the creek.

Large, comfortable ranch house in beautiful Dorset with a pretty stream in the backyard. Suited our family's holiday needs very well. Kitchen was complete and everything worked for large family dinners. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Living room, den, and dining room were big and comfortable for gatherings. Dogs are welcome, which was a plus for us. They went above and beyond with very nice Xmas tree and decorations, which we all enjoyed. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace, too. Only negative is that it is out of cell phone range. Not the owner's fault, obviously, but something to bear in mind. Wifi worked well.
