Where do I started ... look no further! James' place is a gem & was absolutely perfect for our stay. My husband and I both have Zoom meetings for a majority of our work day and were able to work without interruption after James reset the booster. The location is 10/10. There are great restaurants and coffee shops walkable from the house. The Just Peachy grocery store right down the street had everything you need & nothing you don't. The Leucadia farmers market is about 2 miles down the road & It's the best! Every Saturday morning we biked the 101 to Carlsbad for coffee. It was the perfect morning ride and allowed us to explore the area. We walked up the street to watch the sunset from a few areas every night. James went above and beyond. I don't have enough characters to list, but he was an amazing soul! He offered a mid stay cleaning service from Rosa, purchased a highchair & pack n play for our family that visited. The house is beautiful, clean & comfortable.

This was the perfect spot for us while in between housing. The house was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed for a few weeks. We easily worked remotely from here, and in particular enjoyed the outdoor space and walkability to the beach and surf spots. James was always very responsive and helpful - thanks for providing exactly what we needed! We already miss Leucadia.

This house was perfect for my one month stay. It was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The outside patio was a great place to hang out and read in the day or chill in the evening. The location was great - close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Communications with James were good - easy to check-in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was ideally located for our visit to the states. The accommodation was clean and had everything you would ever need including comfortable beds. The neighbours we met were all very friendly. Beaches are in close proximity. There are lots of facilities in the area and being close to the railway there is good access to San Diego or Los Angeles if you don’t want to hit the freeway. Encinitas is a nice town with plenty of good restaurants. On the odd occasion that we needed to contact our host he was very responsive. We felt very at home here and enjoyed our stay.

We had a fabulous stay! The place was exactly as pictured if not better! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms was great as it was warm most days. The location is perfect...can walk to tons of restaurants. My husband and I will miss our daily walks to the beach to watch the surfers (with the occasional donut stop), eating dinner on the deck outside and lounging by the fire pit. James is an exceptional host.
